Admissions - Fees

Enrollment

The completion of an application accompanied by the $25.00 registration fee says, "I'm seriously interested in enrolling. Please add my name to the list." Following a review of the application, families will participate in a preadmission interview and be introduced to the center and the accompanying paperwork that must be on file before a child can commence with programming. Because of licensing regulations, children must be potty-trained and may attend only after all necessary and required documentation is complete.

Application Fee

A registration fee of $25.00 must be submitted with each application. The registration fee is for administrative expenses and is not refundable under any circumstances. This fee is not a deposit nor may it be deducted from any tuition payments. If more than one child is enrolling at the same time, only one registration fee will be required.

Application Fee. A $25.00 non-refundable fee accompanying the application is required prior to a preadmission interview and placement on a class roster.

Daily Rate

As a licensed full-day, nationally accredited center, we serve children 2-5 days a week at the following rates: $26.00 a day for community children; $24.00 a day for SSU Staff/Alumni. Fee adjustments may apply based on Job and Family Service and/or Pell Grant eligibility for SSU students.

Making Payments

Once enrolled, payments can be made weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Payments must be made on/prior to the first day of attendance and payment must occur in advance of services. A 5% "early bird"discount is offered for payment made in full in advance of the contract term.

Contracts

Contracts run concurrently with the university semester calendar and are signed prior to each term of enrollment.
