Heather Howard comes to the Children’s Learning Center from West Portsmouth, OH. She was an elementary teacher for 21 years at Washington-Nile Local School District. Heather is a graduate from Shawnee State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Social Science with an Elementary Education Certificate. Heather recently began her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at Ohio University.
Heather is married to her high school sweetheart, Brian; they have two children, Bobbie Jo and Charlie Jo. She loves spending time with her family and her beloved granddaughter, Andie Jo, as well as traveling and boating. Heather’s passion for education has evolved through many years as she is a fourth-generation educator. Her desire of lifelong learning of education continues to thrive daily through her love of children.
